Return Policy
SpoilHer is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described below.
If you are not satisfied with your gift it can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date (date on invoice). The gift must be in the original packaging and unused. (Rings and jewelry must have original tag attached)
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Obtain a gift return (GR) number by emailing info@spoilher.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Also, please note whether you will would like a refund, credit, or an exchange. Allow up to 24 hours for the GR number to be issued.
2. Repack the gift in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice and GR number.
3. Ship to the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. SpoilHer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please note the original shippings costs will not be refunded.
