Inspired by her heritage as a third generation Japanese-American, Jill Pearson melds the best of both her worlds. She has been successfully designing jewelry for years and founded Wasabi in 1992. Twisting clean, streamlined traits from her Asian culture with inventive and flirty American flavor, she seamlessly bridges the cultural styles. Her motto “let the stone speak” shows her lifelong fascination with gems and the foundation for the intriguing materials in each piece. Each design incorporates her signature, a tiny jade bead.
